Tact vs. Political Correctness

To be tactful is to be considerate of someone else's feelings. To be "PC" is to be what you believe is considerate of someone else's feelings.

Fine Line?

My thought-provoking question of the day -- Is there a fine line between an individual being a victim of discrimination and an individual making him or herself a victim of discrimination in light of them believing that they are entitled to any rights that they state are theirs?
